(Negotiated with family)  (I.C.P.1) Individual Social Skills Development  Social skills development with an individual, for participation in community and social activities. $58.00/hr(I.C.P.2) Individual Skills Development -Capacity building supports to assist a child with developmental delay and/or disability and their family/carers in home, community and early childhood education and school settings, to work towards increased functional independence and social participation including language development and communication. $86.00(I.C.P.3) Individual Skills Development -Capacity building supports to assist a child with developmental delay and/or disability and their family/carers in home, community and early childhood education and school settings, to work towards increased functional independence and social participation including fine and gross motor skill development. $86.00(I.C.P.4) Small Group Social Skills Development  Social skills development with an individual in a group setting of up to 4, for participation in community and social activities. $58.00/hrNon-Face-to-Face Supports  Non face to face activities are billable if: the activities are part of delivering a specific disability support item to that participant (planning and meetings with other support team members (eg medical specialist, education providers etc)) and the provider explains the activities to the participant, including why they represent the best use of the participant’s funds (i.e. explains the value of these activities to the participant- training for provider)
